Hey folks! I hope you're doing well! We just wanted to drop a quick line today with a few notes about the Color Shift Trays.
Almost everyone should have their goods by now, or we have made arrangements with you. If you have not made any arrangements with us or still have not received your order, please let us know by sending a support ticket to: [email protected]
It's likely that if you haven't heard from us, our attempts have gone to your SPAM folder.
There were a few outstanding orders that were left with our Australian and New Zealand backers, but this should all be resolved by now. Again, as noted above, if you have not made an arrangement or received your order, please contact us at [email protected], and we'll get this squared away quickly.
We've also been asked when we'll have more inventory up on the website, and we'll do that soon. We wanted to make sure our backers were taken care of first before turning these on for sale elsewhere. We will put out an update once they are live in other areas.

Hey folks! We're happy to announce that we'll be shipping sometime in November! We were pretty confident throughout the entire process that we'd always be good for November, and here we are.
So over the weekend, you'll get an address lock notification. If you need to change your address, you'll be able to do that through backer kit through the email notice.
I am not sure exactly when we'll start shipping, but we're not far away, and it'll be in November.
We can't wait to get these in your hands!

Hey backers! We just wanted to let you all know a quick update as of now.
Worldwide we know that supply chain issues are going on, port build-ups, and other covid related problems. However, we still look on pace to start shipping these in November and most likely late November.
Of course, this could change, but we do not see any issues with shipping these on time. If something does change, we will let everyone know.
This is the only update we have today, but we wanted to let you know where we were at with getting these into your hands.
We'll be back sometime in October to give another status update and keep you informed as to when we're going to ship.
